Lau Meng
The enforcer holding a dying order together, and its last true believer. Trust is everything. He gambles his on Edmond.
The deeper he is taken in, the harder his position becomes.
The network protects him. Relies on him. Treats him as one of its own. And Anne is compromising herself just as fast to keep him alive.
